Quality control on a $200M port expansion with Eiffage Génie Civil, inspecting work and enforcing safety and engineering standards across 20+ contractor sites. Earlier work included supervising building, road, and lighting maintenance around the port for Ghana Ports & Harbours Authority.

Residential Building

Residential estate build managed end to end, from planning and design through execution and handover to the client. Managed and supervised several building construction projects in Sunyani and Accra.

Drainage channel construction executed as a subcontract, from reinforcement and formwork through the concrete pour. Managed several kilometers of drainage construction in the Bono Region.

Civil engineering work across Accra, Sunyani, and Kenyasi for clients including JSix Enterprise and WBHO, spanning renovation and site development projects. Produced 20+ technical drawings and AutoCAD/Revit designs that secured approvals and funding, and doubled project delivery efficiency at JSix by managing multiple sites at once.

Self-Help Electrification Programme (Phase IV) — Brong Ahafo

A self-help electrification project across 7 rural communities in the Sunyani and Asutifi districts of the Brong Ahafo Region, powering 500+ households and cutting labor costs by 75% by building real community ownership into the plan.
