Who this covers
This policy covers kwameowusuansah.com only. It does not cover kcedynamics.com, thriveworksghana.org, or the app.kwameowusuansah.com platform, each of which has its own privacy practices. The data controller for this site is Kwame Owusu-Ansah, reachable at kwame@kcedynamics.com.
What data is collected
Analytics (only with your consent). This site uses Google Analytics 4, run through Google Tag Manager, to understand how many people visit and which pages they use. This includes standard metrics like page views, approximate location (country/region level, not precise address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It also logs when the contact form is successfully submitted, as an event, not the message content itself.
Contact form. If you use the contact form, the name, email address, phone number, and message you type are sent directly to Kwame's inbox via a third-party form service (Web3Forms) so he can respond. This is only sent when you submit the form.
No payment information, precise geolocation, or sensitive personal data (health, religion, political views, etc.) is collected anywhere on this site.

Analytics cookies are blocked by default until you click "Accept All" or turn on "Analytics" in Manage Preferences. Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies directly; it only loads the Google Analytics tag once you've consented.
Legal basis (EEA/UK visitors)
Analytics cookies are only activated based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Processing your contact form submission relies on your consent to be contacted, and on Kwame's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to him directly.
Who your data is shared with
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics / Tag Manager) — processes analytics data under Google's own data processing terms.
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions solely to deliver them by email.
Data is not sold, and is not used for advertising or shared with any other third party.
How long data is kept
Analytics event data is retained for 14 months, after which it's automatically deleted by Google. Contact form messages are kept in Kwame's email inbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry.
Your rights
If GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you have the right to: access the data held about you, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to its processing, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting past processing. To exercise any of these, email kwame@kcedynamics.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Check back periodically if you have concerns.
